1. Digital Goods Nature

All Shivyn products are digital goods delivered electronically.

Delivery is considered complete once download access or license access is provided, regardless of installation status or usage.

 
2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The Product is proven to be technically non-functional

  • The issue is reproducible and verified by Shivyn support

  • Shivyn is unable to resolve the issue

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

 
3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction

  • Incorrect installation or configuration

  • Assumed compatibility or unmet expectations

  • Business, financial, or performance outcomes

  • Partial usage or delayed testing beyond the refund window

 
4. Final Decision

All refund decisions are made at Shivyn’s sole discretion and are final.
