This page describes the licensing terms, usage rights, support scope, and legal policies applicable to all software extensions and digital products sold under the Shivyn brand.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Shivyn extension, you agree to the terms outlined below.

License Grant

All Shivyn extensions are licensed, not sold.

A valid license grants you:

 

  • The right to install and use the extension for the duration of the license term

  • Access to updates released during the active license period

  • Technical support according to the license tier purchased

 

Licenses are issued on a per-installation basis unless otherwise stated.

License Types

 

Single Store License
  • Valid for one production installation

  • Intended for a single live store

  • Includes access to updates during the license period

  • Standard email support

 

Multi-Store License
  • Valid for multiple installations (typically production + staging)

  • Suitable for merchants managing more than one store

  • Includes all features available in the Single Store license

  • Priority support

 

Agency / Enterprise License
  • Intended for agencies, system integrators, and enterprise teams

  • Covers multiple client or internal installations

  • Client usage permitted under agency ownership

  • Priority support and onboarding assistance

  • Custom terms may apply

 

Agency licensing details are available on request.

 

Usage Restrictions

You may not:

 

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the extension

  • Share license keys outside your licensed installations

  • Use the software on more installations than covered by your license

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify protected code

  • Remove or bypass license validation mechanisms

 

Violation of these terms may result in license suspension or termination.

Support Policy

 

Included Support
  • Installation and activation assistance

  • Configuration guidance

  • Bug fixes for supported platform versions

  • Clarification of extension behavior and logs

 

Excluded Support
  • Custom development or feature requests

  • Theme or checkout customization

  • Server or infrastructure troubleshooting

  • Third-party extension conflict resolution

 

Support is provided only during the active license period.

Updates & Compatibility

 

  • Extensions are developed following platform best practices

  • No core files are modified

  • Update-safe and upgrade-friendly architecture

  • Compatibility updates released as platforms evolve

 

Support for older platform versions may be discontinued.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are generally not offered once the extension has been downloaded or activated.

Exceptions may be considered if:

 

  • The product does not function as described

  • A critical compatibility issue exists and cannot be resolved

 

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Data & Privacy

Shivyn extensions:

 

  • Operate entirely within your application environment

  • Do not transmit data to external servers unless explicitly stated

  • Do not collect personal data outside the host platform

  • Store logs and configuration data locally

 

You retain full control of your data at all times.
